Our Mission

To ensuring that every child and adult in northwest Syria receives essential vaccines, regardless of the obstacles imposed by social realities, displacement or lack of infrastructure.

Who We Are

SIG is a collective of healthcare professionals, humanitarian experts, and passionate advocates committed to combating vaccine-preventable diseases. Working closely with local and international partners, we bridge gaps in healthcare access, striving to protect vulnerable populations, especially children, from the devastating effects of outbreaks.

What We Do

We actively support and enhance the Expanded Program on Immunization, ensuring routine vaccinations are delivered to children and adults in alignment with global health standards.

We implement targeted immunization drives to prevent the spread of diseases such as polio and measles.

We organize and manage vaccination programs within schools to ensure that children receive essential vaccinations in a safe and familiar environment, promoting long-term health and well-being.

Through education and awareness programs, we engage with communities to address vaccine hesitancy, dispel misinformation, and promote the importance of immunization for all.

We establish and maintain cold chain systems to safely store and transport vaccines in Northwest Syria, preserving their effectiveness

Our Vision

A Syria free from vaccine-preventable diseases, where every child can grow up healthy and thrive. Together, we aim to turn this vision into reality, one vaccination at a time.
