The Syria Immunization Group organized an intensive training for vaccination nurses in women’s hospitals in both Idlib and Aleppo, with the aim of enhancing their skills and expertise to provide the best health services. The training lasted for two days and covered important topics, such as the hepatitis B vaccine for newborns and the tetanus vaccine for females of reproductive age, including causes, infection, symptoms, and prevention.

The training included vaccination safety, safe injection techniques and policy, vaccine preservation and storage policies and procedures, and vaccination waste management. This training reflects the Syria Immunization Group’s commitment to developing nurses’ capabilities to ensure the provision of distinguished health care to the community.
