To enhance the efficiency and expertise of the Syria Immunization Group in Northwest Syria, a two-day comprehensive refresher training was organized, with the participation of all district drivers in Idlib and Aleppo governorates. The training included introducing participants to the objectives and strategy of the expanded routine immunization program, zero-dose children and types of dropouts, home visits and surveys. The training also included communication and persuasion skills, diseases and vaccines covered by the vaccination program, and scenarios from the field.
